Oh NO! Dead Brushes - Oh YES! 1000+ Stain Remover

I am a retired custom home builder, we did it all. This past weekend I was cleaning out my shop and found an old stiff purdy brush, the tips were ok, but you could not bend the bristles half way down because they were caked with old paint residue. Instead of tossing it, I decided to rejuvenate it with 1000+ Stain Remover.

All I had left at the house was some...         diluted (3-1) solution, so I laid the brush in a tray and sprayed it down good, letting it sit for a couple hours, while adding sprays on occasion. The brush was completely rejuvenated, soft and pliable bristles top to bottom, and this was with diluted product.
These brushes are expensive. We used to clean them and rub them down with lanolin soap, but 1000+ seems to do just fine!

TIP:  For stiff brushes, use 1000+ to soften them up.

STEP 1. In a glass jar, put enough 1000+ Stain Remover to cover the bristles

STEP 2. Allow to soak overnight

STEP 3. Rinse thoroughly with water

STEP 4. Dry with a clean cloth

Repeat if necessary.
